Recently, the website for the department has been experiencing some technical difficulties. The problems are due to the merger of our host with another company named gnsPLANET, LLC, as explained in the memo released on 11/06/07. The merger will provide our website will better servers and enhanced service. This process was causing some problems due to the fact that all of our files had to be relocated and all of our software had to be updated and integrated with the new software to ensure compatibility with the software being used by the new hosting servers. From the end of November 2007 until mid-January of 2008 there were no updates. Headlines and updates should resume as normal as that we have now.
I would like to reiterate what was stated in the memo released on 11/06/07 regarding the e-mail accounts for the members. All members must log into their e-mail accounts and set their passwords in a timely fashion. Any members experiencing any difficulty must contact me at your nearest convenience.
