TITLE » | We regret to announce the passing of Richard Griffin. |
Richard G. Griffin, joined the Fire Department in 1988 and served many years of dedicated service to this fire company.
All members are to report to the station in full class-A dress uniforms at 0800hrs on Thursday, 02/21/08 to attend the services as the services will be conducted as a full fireman ceremony.

GRIFFIN, RICHARD G.
On February 16, 2008, of Bellmawr Park, NJ. Age 78 yrs.
Beloved son of the late Edna Griffin-Welsh (nee Garrett). Loving brother of Dolores Capobianco (Chick) of Bellmawr and Ronald Welsh (Cynthia) of Lindenwold, and the late William Griffin. He is also survived by his dear sister-in-law Viola and many loving nieces and nephews.
Mr. Griffin was a former member of the Bellmawr Park Volunteer Fire Co. and the Bellmawr Park Little League.
Relatives and friends are invited to meet Thursday morning from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the ETHERINGTON-CRERAN FUNERAL HOME, 700 Powell St., Gloucester City. Catholic prayer services will be held at 11:00 AM with interment to follow at New St. Mary's Cemetery, Bellmawr. There will be no evening viewing.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested memorial donations in Mr. Griffin's name be made to the Bellmawr Park Volunteer Fire Dept., 12 Essex Ave., Bellmawr, NJ 08031
