Camden County NJ - Bellmawr - The morning of Saturday September 22ND 2007 proved to be a sleepless morning. Bellmawr Firefighters, along with Fire Departments from several neighboring towns fought a multi alarm restaurant fire at 108 South Blackhorse Pike. Firefighters were hampered in extinguishing the fire due to a ruptured gas main on the buildings interior. Firefighters operated with Truck Companies and multiple handlines on the exterior of the building until the Gas Company secured the service to the building. Command placed the fire under control shortly after 3am. There were no reported injuries at the scene of the fire and it is currently under investigation by the staff at the Camden County Fire Marshals Office.
