TITLE » | Taskforce 82 with Heavy Smoke Showing.

On Saturday November 17th 2007 at 1420 hrs Task Force 82 was dispatched
to Lakeview Apartments on Lower Landing Rd for a reported apartment
fire. On arrival command (8201) had heavy smoke showing, within minutes
fire was self venting through the roof. Tower ladders from 82 and 84
were put in operation. A second alarm was requested for manpower.
Approximately 1432 hrs Engine 331 was dispatched to cover Chews Landing
Station 82. As crews were mounting, Engine 331 was re-dispatched to
respond to the fire ground on the second alarm. Engine 331's crew
assisted with overhaul operations. The crew returned to station 3 after
operating for two hours.
